He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Sauder Howe; and his parents, Gilbert S. Howe and Helen Grzesiak Howe. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Howe Tighe (Brian), Megan Howe Theriault (Michael), David A. Howe Jr. (Janine) and Taylor G. Howe; his grandchildren, Kaylie, Matthew, Hannah, Avery, Nichole, Michael and Paige; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Bryson, Hadley, Michael and Lily; and his brother James G. Howe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
