He was predeceased by: his father Richard W. Verner, Sr.; and his grandparents, Joseph, Mary Paternoster (DiMaria), William and Myra Verner (Williams).
He is survived by: his mother Annmarie LaRose Verner; his siblings, Mary Verner and David Verner (Mariella Fracasso); and his nephew Lukas Fracasso-Verner. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and many dear friends.
