He is survived by: his children, Jaclyn Gilgallon (Meriden), Joseph Gilgallon III (Wallingford) and Ryan Gilgallon (Cheshire); and his sister Janice Harris (VA). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
