He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Giampietro (Orsini); his parents, Luigi Giampietro and Rosalinda Giampietro (Elia); and his brothers, Joseph and Donald.
He is survived by: his sons, Frederick L. Giampietro Jr. (Kathryn) and Philip Giampietro, Sr. (Leigh); and his grandchildren, Claude Giampietro (Danielle), Philip Giampietro Jr. (Jessica), Brian Giampietro (Katherine) and Michelle Weiss (Karl). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Homes - Cheshire (615 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Cheshire Lutheran Church (660 W Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cheshire Hillside Cemetery (166 Wallingford Rd, Cheshire, CT 06410).
