He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie D'Amato (Boccamaiello); and his parents, Domenico D'Amato and Giuseppina D'Amato (DiCosmo). He is survived by: his children, Saundra D'Amato of Memphis, TN and Robin D'Amato of New York, NY.; his son-in-law Michael Karcz; and his sister Mary Ercolano (D'Amato) of Hamden. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
