He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec A. Vlahos and Valarie Vlahos (Ray); and his brother John David Vlahos. He is survived by: his wife Dawna R. Vlahos (Horton); his children, Nicholas A. Vlahos of Cheshire and Andrea J. Ober (Nicholas) of Naugatuck; his siblings, Faith M. McRobbie (Mark Purdy) of Derry, NH, Anthony D. Vlahos (Karen) and Noah Vlahos (Beth) of Swampscott, MA; his grandsons, Matthew, Nathan and Alec; and his friends, Jim, Eileen Newton, Mike and Sandra Zambruski.
