It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bouchard (Chaplin, Connecticut), who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Benjamin Bouchard; his brother Jeffrey Bouchard; and his granddaughter Makala Jane Horan.
