He is survived by: his siblings, Walter "Kenny" of Chaplin and Cynthia Bibeau of Chaplin; his stepsiblings, Edward Garrison (Valerie) of Chaplin, Sandra LaChapelle of Canterbury and Sharon Garrison of Chaplin; and his nieces and nephews, Paula, Connie, Correna, Rhonda, Kenny, Pamela, Nicole, Kyra, Jake, Jennifer and Jessica.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Joel's name to the Chaplin Volunteer Fire Dept.
