It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Rice (Chaplin, Connecticut), born in Pepperell, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Rice and Lenore Rice (Ford); his stepmother Minnie Rice (Weston); his former wife Francis Rice (Mozeika); and also Donna Lee Rice.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rice (Tracy); his son Erik Rice (Tina); his grandchildren, Megan Rice and Shelby Rice; his great grandchild Dylan Rice of Lebanon, CT; his children, Randi Madigan of Nashua, NH and Richard Madigan; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Lauren and Erin of Missouri; his sister Mildred (Rice); his niece Janet Aldrich of Weare; and his brothers, Richard Rice (Joanne) of Florence, Montana and Gerald Rice of Marshfield, MA..
