She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Burdick and Marion Burdick (Powe); her husband Donald G. Shead, Sr.; her grandson Donald G. Shead, III; and her son Timothy.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Bray of Chaplin, Susan Shead (Bob Boger) of Milford and Donald G. Shead Jr. (Barbara) of Maine; her grandchildren, Christopher Bray (Stacey Ryan) of Chaplin and Jamie Shead of Maine; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Ethan Bray of Chaplin, Nichole Kehoe, Pieper Shead and Milo Davis of Maine; and her niece Sandra LaChapelle of Canterbury. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
