He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Nelson and Lydia Nelson (Greene). He is survived by: his wife Judie Nelson; his daughters, Stacey Nelson of Framingham, MA, Gwen Ross (Brian Ross) of Ivoryton, CT and Alyssa Atkinson (Shawn Atkinson) of Old Saybrook; and his grandchildren, Patrick Atkinson, Paige Atkinson and Austin Ross.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home (34 Main St, Centerbrook, CT 06409). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
