He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Ronan and Alice Ronan (Rarick); his son Brian David Ronan; and his sister Janice Bristol. He is survived by : his wife Karen Olson Ronan; and his sons, Leslie R. Ronan (Sue) and Donald R. Ronan (Cindy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Town of Canton Volunteer Fire & EMS, P.O. Box 168, Collinsville, CT 06022.
