She was predeceased by: her spouse Adhemar Bouchard; her parent Josephel Theriault; her former husband Reynold Charette; her siblings, Jeanette Bouchard, Rena Bouchard, Gilmay Daigle, Carlene Dominique, Elmer Theriault and Donald Theriault; and her sons-in-law, Bruce Macintosh and Alan Hanson.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Jane Theriault (Rossignol); her children, Carl Bouchard (Jean) of Oxford, Janice Macintosh of Canton, Bruce Charette (Regina) of Canton, Donna Bouchard of Simsbury, Sandra Berube of Southington, Glenn Charette (Connie) of Manchester, Debbie LaPlant (Keith) of Canton and Philip Bouchard of Collinsville; her siblings, Theresa Nadeau, Cecilia Bouchard and Roger Theriault; and her grandchildren, Eric, David, Kyle, Christina, Scott, Dan, Alan, Danielle, Matthew, Nadine, Aaron, Marc, Nicole and Christopher. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
