In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Mary Jane had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Mary Jane may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gwisc and Jane Gwisc of Newington. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Thebarge; her son-in-law Eugene of Avon; and her brothers, Walter Gwisc (Anna) of East Lyme, Gregory Gwisc of North Kingston, RI and Thomas Craig (Regina) of Oakland, CA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funk Funeral Home (35 Bellevue Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of choice in Mary Jane's memory.
