Judith Picard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Picard of Canton, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 16, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Marcellino and Rita Marcellino (Sullivan). She is survived by: her children, Dana Picard of Enfield and Stephanie Handel (Raymond) of Canton; her siblings, Frank Marcellino (Kay) of Concord, NH and Janet Marcellino of Newington; and her grandchildren, Rylie, Jackson, Skylar, Lexi, Basil, Logan and Haley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
