He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baptiste and Helen Festa (Dinney); his sons, Duncan and Ewen Ross; and his sister Jacqueline.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Festa; his children, Elizabeth Griffiths (Keith) of Scotland and Alistair Ross (Theresa) of Windsor; his daughters-in-law, Carol Ross and Lisa Salinetti Ross; his grandchildren, Tom Griffiths, Sam Griffiths, Joe Griffiths, Kevin Ross, Iain Ross, Katie Ross, Elizabeth "Ellie" Ross and Tyler Ross; his great grandchildren, Bena, Georgie Griffiths and Balfour Ross; and his brother-in-law Robert Biega.
