With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John B. Hoben of Canton, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Butler Hoben and John Joseph Hoben; and his siblings, Suzanne Hinchey (Richard), Marion Cooksley, Richard (Marge), Barbara Dotts (Ric) and Bruce (Susan).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ducharme Hoben; his daughters, Beth Hoben (David Mlodinoff) and Aimee Hoben (Michael Ryan); his grandchildren, Serena Hoben Mlodinoff, Beckett Austin Ryan and Paulette Chloe Ryan; and also Sandra (Allan Goodman). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
