He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Winters and Sophie Winters; and his brother-in-law Richard Hopkins. He is survived by : his sister Barbara Hopkins; his nieces, Debbie Sindland (John), Beth Dean (Kevin) and Bobbi Warden (Shawn); his great-nephew Kyle Dean; his great-nieces, Sarah and Erin Warden; and his caregivers, Mary and Julie Venturo.
