He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill of New Orleans, LA and Jim of Sacramento, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Jackie Jr. "Jay" and Kenna Richard (Frank) of Cumberland, RI; and his grandchildren, Jayde Mathis of Little Rock, AR and Beau Mathis.
