She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Solloso Pernas and Mercedes Aladro Pernas; her husband Florentino Garcia; her children, Florentino, Elizabeth Demicco (Jerry) and Betty Butler (Daryl); and her grandchildren, Christina, Heather, Brandon, Josh, Alexa, Juliana, Jenna, Catherine, Julia and Jared. She was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Concepcion's name to Cherry Brook Health Care Center Resident's Council, 102 Dyer Ave, Canton, CT or to McLean Hospice in Simsbury, Connecticut.
