We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 87, Charlotte Winfield of Canton, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Winfield; and her parents, Ernst Wieninger and Katharina Wieninger (Maier). She is survived by : her daughter Patricia Benson (William) of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Alyssa Weiss (Derek) of Canton, Tobias Benson (Erin) of Higganum and Justin Benson (Veronica) of Canton; her great grandchildren, Katherine, Audrey Weiss, Kaylee, Molly, Lily Benson, Junior, Isabel, Amelia and Chase Benson; her stepdaughter Kelly Popchock (Ron); and her stepgrandchildren, Joe and Riley of Oviedo, FL..

Memorial donations may be made to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center Foundation, Attn: Laura Schmelter, 282 Washington Street, Hartford, CT 06106.
