He is survived by: his children, Tara Onaitis Phelan (Matthew) of Phoenix and Brian Hartley (Sara) of Canton, CT; his sister Nancy Esposito; his brother-in-law Joseph Esposito of Norwalk; his sister Amy Ristau (Joseph) of Bridgeport; and also Patrice Onaitis of Canton, CT. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and many cousins.
