It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brian Carucci of Canton, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Craig Carucci; and his pets, Puddles, Mishka, Kodak, Rigby, Perla and Obsidian.

He is survived by: his mother Teresa Carucci; his wife Joanne; his daughters, Amanda and Reagan; his siblings, Karen Roncaioli (Ron) of Rocky Hill, Kevin Carucci (Colleen) of West Hartford, Robert Carucci (Kara) of Windsor and Maryanne Bourdier (Junior) of Rocky Hill; his sister-in-law Jennifer Cabanero (Levyn) of Alabama; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Tolan of Canada; and his close friends, Paul Marques, Alissa Barrow, Marc, John and Frank. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.

“My greatest condolences for your loss. Brian and I were classmates at Hall High and in “The Stage.” He was unfailingly upbeat and kind - always full of fun. He played the most outrageous pranks! My favorite was when he managed to get a VW into the school hallway. He thought up the craziest things. Wishing you peace and comfort in this difficult time.”

“Hi, this is Brian's wife, Joanne, for 29 years. I didn't know there was another obit website when I was googling his name. What is your name? I know he talked a lot about Hall and the Stage! Ha ha. I can only imagine the maneuver of getting a VW into the hallway. Thanks for sharing. I am still processing his sudden death. He was so happy working at a new job making high end furniture. Unfortunately his smoking and not taking care of himself caught up with him. It is still so shocking.”
