She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Conklin and Rosa Conklin (Case); and her siblings, Robert, Charles Conklin and Hazel Wessels.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Otis Griswold; her children, Stephen Griswold of Winsted and Dawn Scagel (Michael) of Torrington; her grandchildren, Patrick Scagel of East Canaan and Carolyn Scagel Pezzenti of Ashford; and her great grandchild Cody Becher of Ashford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
