It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Diaz (Canterbury, Connecticut), born in Putnam, Connecticut, who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his fiancé Beverly; his parents, Alan Diaz and Barbara Diaz (Cowsill); his siblings, Shane Diaz (Safia), Jaime Diaz and Kelly Embelton (Dylan); and his nephews, Jackson and Jacob. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
