It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Mae Pedersen of Canterbury, Connecticut, born in Putnam, Connecticut, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Pedersen, Sr. and Verna R. Pedersen (Steere); her brothers, Richard "Sonny" Pedersen, Jr. and George N. Pedersen; her sister-in-law Judy Pedersen; and her nephew Eric Pedersen.

She is survived by: her close friend Dorathy Senay; her sisters, Harriete R. Montie and Janice M. Dufresne (Edward); and her sister-in-law Diana Pedersen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
