He is survived by: his daughters, Katelyn and Lauren Collins; his sons-in-law, Nick Friday and David Billings III; his sisters, Janice Collins and Michelle Dillion of Conway, SC.; and his nephew Brandon Collins. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be put towards funeral expenses with the remainder going towards Jeff's grandkids future college fund. And those donations can be made to any Chelsea Groton Bank location.
