She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Blake and Thelma Blake (Gillespie); and her brothers, Donald and Richard Blake. She is survived by: her husband Rick (Farmington); her children, David, Liz Grieco, Mike (Bristol) and Dan; her brother David Blake (Farmington); and her granddaughter Ezra Grieco. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
