He was predeceased by: his son Randy Cyr; and his siblings, Alice Smith, Claire Henn, Irene Ostiguy, Martin Cyr, Francis Cyr and Paul Cyr.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cyr (Dunne); his daughters, Jeannette Cyr Soulier (Michael) and Hali of Burlington; and his brother Joey Cyr (Linda) of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
