He is survived by: his wife Marie J. Dlubac (Fongemie); his son Mark Dlubac of Canton; his stepchildren, Lisa Bramhill (Christopher) of Northboro, MA and Daren Gorneault of Burlington; and his grandchildren, Robbie Dlubac, Evan, Allan Bramhill and Matthew Gorneault.
