It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Carlin Toper of Burlington, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cahoon and Lillian Cahoon (Englert). She is survived by: her children, Theodore Martin Toper II, Stephen Toper and Mary Beth Thiel; her grandchildren, Madison, Lillian, Storm Thiel and Theodore Toper III; and her former husband Theodore Toper, Sr.. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
