She is survived by: her husband Brian Czajkowski; her sons, Edward "EJ" and Matthew Czajkowski; her daughter-in-law Erica Forrest; her granddaughters, Avery and Cameron Czajkowski; and her siblings, Kevin (Marcia Hayes), Kelly (Liz Hayes), Judy Feliciano, Joanne (Dave Masotti) and Sharon (Shawn McKean).
