He is survived by: his wife Janet Hornberger (Deutsch); his children, Dean Hornberger (Lacy) of Florida, Marci LeBlanc (Thomas) of Bristol and Leslie Hornberger of Harwinton; his grandchildren, Lee Michael Hornberger (Sarah) of Bristol, Lauren Hornberger of Phoenix, AZ, Emilie LeBlanc of Bristol and Madison LeBlanc of Bristol; his great grandchild Noah Hornberger; and his half-sister Frances Chartier of Florida.
