He is survived by: his wife Shirley Yacawych (Fahie) of Burlington; his sons, John Thomas Yacawych (Rose) of Barkhamstead, Thomas William Yacawych (Holly) of Northfield, VT and Wayne Alex Yacawych of Terryville; and his grandchildren, Warren Yacawych and Alexa Yacawych.
