It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Bartlett (Burlington, Connecticut), born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Lee and Stephanie Bartlett (Wallace); his children, Grace Bartlett and Dylan Bartlett; and his stepsons, Connor Laferriere and Aiden Laferriere. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
