He is survived by: his wife Frances O'Neil Kelly (Nancy); his children, James Kelly Jr. (Nicole) of Portland, CT and Elizabeth Kelly of Bristol, CT; his stepchildren, Robert Michaud Jr. (Tina) of Southington, CT and Lauren Perryman of Florida; his grandchildren, Karen, Nicholas Kelly, Grace and Ella Michaud; and his sister Kelly Lind of Scottsdale, AZ..
