With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindie-Lou Carroll of Burlington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 2, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William; her children, Keith W. (Jessica M. Carroll) of Harwinton and Amber C. (Christopher L. Ruzbasan); her grandchildren, Kaleb, Summer, Chase Carroll, Logan, Gavin and Colton Ruzbasan; her sister Jean Olson of Unionville; and her nephew Adam Chamberlain of Farmington.
