She was predeceased by: her parents, James LaMonte and Angeline LaMonte (Dagata); her sister Rosemarie Skoglund (LaMonte); her brothers-in-law, Gary Skoglund and Robert Michaud; her son-in-law Michael Palaia; and her nephew Thomas Skoglund.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Kelly Wood (Andrew) of West Hartford, Eric Ross (Gail) of Burlington and Kathryn Palaia (Ross) of Plainville; her grandchildren, Allison Martin, Scott Palaia, Megan Palaia, Owen Wood, Loren Ross and Olivia Ross; her great grandchildren, Isabella and Luca; and her sisters, Joanne Michaud of Colorado Springs and Angela LaMonte of New York City.
