She was predeceased by: her parents, Loftus "Dutchy" Day and Katherine Day (Haberern); and her brothers, Richard "Dickie" Day, Loftus "Buddy" Day and William "Billy" Day.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Avak Connors and Scott Avak; her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Matthew, Brendan Connors and Alex Avak; her siblings, Donald "Don" Day, Robert "Bobby" Day, June Constantine and Laraine Jones; and her close friend Mary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, sisters and brothers-in-law.
