He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kozlow and Bertha Kozlow; and his son Douglas Kozlow. He is survived by: his wife Anne Kozlow (Keroack); his children, Kelly Kozlow, Michael Kozlow (Jessenia Tapia), Martin Kozlow and Sharon Kozlow; his granddaughter Chelsea Real; his siblings, Eugene Kozlow (Patricia) and Madeline; and his brother-in-law Alan Jaaskela.
