She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Leoutsacos and Clara D. Leoutsacos (Carabelas); her siblings, Kenneth W. Leoutsacos, Thomas W. Leoutsacos and Antonia W. Leoutsacos (Toni); and her sister-in-law Helen D. Leoutsacos.
She is survived by: her brother Danny William Leoutsacos; her nieces and nephews, Thomas F. Leoutsacos, Brian M. Leoutsacos, William D. Leoutsacos, Jennifer T. Knowlton and Clara D. Heretis; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ariana M. Leoutsacos, Helen Leoutsacos, Connor P. Leoutsacos, Michael D. Leoutsacos and Nikolaos Heretis. She is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
