He is survived by: his wife Helen Jane Provost (Plantier); his son Joseph Roger Provost (Rebecca) of Oswago, NY; his sisters, Denise Winchell (Ralph) of Burlington, MI, Elyne King-Provost of Dayville and Michelle Harwood (Ron Soyden) of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Anastasia Provost, Catherine Provost, Damian Provost and Benedict Provost; his niece Sarah Harwood; and his nephews, James King and Ryan Lawrence.
