He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo LaRochelle and Theresa LaRochelle (Broudeur); and his wife Linda LaRochelle. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Pugliese (James) of Brooklyn, CT and Tammy Goldsmith (Jeffrey) of Plainfield, CT; his grandchildren, Samuel Maynard (Savannah Sullivan), Tyler Maynard, Brooke Lynch and Kassidy Klusek; and his siblings, Dennis LaRochelle, Sr., Janice Loiselle and Shirley LaRochelle.
