Blackard of Brooklyn, Connecticut, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his daughter Keri; his son-in-law Seth; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Ethan and Kady Danner.
