He is survived by: his spouse Lucy Slattery (Mack); his parents, Louis Slattery and Mary Slattery (Shea); his children, Edward Slattery (Deborah) of Brooklyn and James Slattery (Vickie) of Stuart, FL; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jeffrey, Britany and Zachary; and his brothers, Jerry Slattery of Pennsylvania and Thomas Slattery.
