He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Karakosta and Arhondia Karakosta (Pittas). He is survived by: his wife Haritsa "Harriet" Karakosta (Gianakos); his children, Terry Karakosta (Kelly) and Anthony Karakosta; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Penelope, Christopher and James Karakosta.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church (30 Clapboard Ridge Rd, Danbury, CT 06811). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
