She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John S. Leandro; her parents, Agostinho and Elvira Ferreira (Sousa); her daughters, Filomena Figueras (Danny) of Margate, FL, Maria Rosaria Stewart of Vernon, CT and Margarida Taylor (Edward) of Willington, CT; her grandchildren, Juno, Jessica, Ashley, Kristal, Kyle, Nicholas and Curtis; her great grandchildren, Faith, Lana, Robert, Christopher, Karl and Benjamin; and her siblings, Gabriel Ferreira, Luz Verissimo and Julieta Aguiar. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
