He is survived by: his wife Joy Collins of Brooklyn, CT.; his stepdaughter Mindy Natale (Vincenzo DiPalma); his granddaughter Sophie DiPalma of Shelton, CT.; his brothers, Patrick Collins of Bethel, CT, Richard Collins of Bridgeport, CT and James Collins (Cheryl) of Fl; and his uncle Sonny Samudosky.
