She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Pepin and Marion Pepin (Botham). She is survived by: her husband Richard Perry; and her children, Donald Smith, Cindy Smith and Tammy Miner. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
