It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Montgomery of Brooklyn, Connecticut, born in Roscoe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alf B. Montgomery and Kathryn Montgomery (Gollick); and his in-laws, Allen and Helen Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Montgomery; his children, Douglas Montgomery (Becky), Theresa Morin (Wayne), Patricia Buell (Tom) and Christine Wakefield (Todd); his grandchildren, Erika, Alicia, Kate, Kyle, Kara, Keith, Laura, Jake, Carlee, Amanda and Todd; and his siblings, Bobbi Fortner and Charles Montgomery. He is also survived by his 15 great grandchildren and his great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to St. James Church.
